1 carport is provided to each home for free. Your second vehicle or guests will park in free, uncovered parking stalls. We have a two car maximum, meaning if you have more than two cars per household, each additional car would need to be in a reserved (extra) carport, which is $70/month. You may also rent additional carports should you want both your cars to be in covered stalls. We do not allow any ATVs, trailers, RVs, boats or excessively large vehicles that do not fit in normal parking stalls.
